Q & A Session with Alexa – Session 4

by Alexa on March 2, 2009 · 2 comments

This is the fourth in the series of my Q&A sessions.  You can find Session 1 HERE, Session 2 HERE, and Session 3 HERE.  As always, if you have a question you’d like answered, feel free to send it to me using the Talk to Me Form, or via e-mail at alexa(dot)therealprincess@gmail(dot)com.  Many questions I get, especially from new readers, have been answered in previous posts, so please use the search (Explore Me) function found on the right side of the page.

So, let’s get on with the questions:

Q.  Do you travel/tour?  Do you come to {insert city name here}

I don’t, or haven’t yet, largely because of school.  I am seriously entertaining the idea of touring in Los Angeles later this summer.  If you’re a potential client in the LA area, feel free to contact me and I’ll try to keep you updated on my plans.

Q.  Who designed your blog?

My blog is based on the Thesis Theme, developed by @Pearsonified.  I did all of the customization and graphics work myself.  If you’re in the market for a WordPress theme, I *highly* recommend Thesis.  It’s a bit expensive, but it terribly customizable and you’ll never have to worry about another theme again.

Q.  You’ve indicated that you won’t see clients who come to you via your blog/Twitter.  Why is that?

There are a couple of reasons.  First off, there’s the issue of expectations.  I’ve been afraid that someone reading about the experiences on the blog might just assume that I’ll do everything I’ve described in my posts with them on our first appointment.  While we might get to that point if the client continued to see me, I don’t want to set up a situation where someone was expecting me to do some of the more outlandish things and then I’d encounter something about them that precluded me from doing so (either during the initial appointment or a subsequent one).

The second issue has to do with privacy concerns and how my blogging about specific clients might impact my relationship with them, either from their perspective or mine.  Some clients may not wish for me to describe what we do on the blog, for example (He may not want everyone to know that he likes me to piss on his face).  And, some clients may have some performance issues and my describing them on the blog might make them feel uncomfortable.  I couldn’t promise anyone that I wouldn’t write about specific experiences because that would inhibit my work here.  I don’t know if either of these is an impediment to seeing clients coming to me through these venues or not.

In all honesty, if you were a client who booked an appointment with me, and you ended up suffering some performance issues, would it bother you if I wrote about it here?

Q.  You occasionally have moratoriums on seeing new male clients.  Why is that?

I limit the number of men I see during any given period of time to prevent myself from burning out and to be able to provide them with the level of service I feel is commensurate with my rate structure.    As I lose one client, I’ll add another.  There are no specific time frames involved, either.  If I keep a regular client base for six months, then it will be six months before I will allow another guy to book an appointment with me.  I have to limit the number so I can continue to focus on my school work and other projects I am working on.

I am considering adding an e-mail news feature to the blog, by the way.  This would allow me to, among other things, announce when I am accepting new clients again.  That way potential clients won’t have to continuously check the web site for updates.

Q.  How hard is it for you to concentrate while in “the moment”? Any tricks you use to be more responsive?

Fortunately for me, I have a very high sex drive, so it doesn’t take a lot to get/keep me turned on.  There are times, though, when I have trouble staying focused when a client is, well, less than inspirational.  When that happens I’ll mentally relive an exceptionally hot experience I’ve had in the past in my mind (usually stuff I tend to masturbate to).  The client becomes someone else in my mind.  So far, that has always done the trick.

Quite honestly, I’m not sure what I am going to do if I just can’t make it work (lube + faking it, probably).

Q.  Do you enjoy what you’re doing now more or when you were dancing?

For the most part I do enjoy this more because I get to set my own schedule, my own rates, my own requirements for clients, etc.  No comparison there.  As I’ve said before, though, the exhibitionist in me misses being on stage.  I’d entertain the idea of feature dancing somewhere, but you pretty much have to be a porn star to get one of those gigs!

Q. What kind of impact did your education have on your decision to go into the escort biz?

I believe it had a lot of impact, both directly and indirectly.  Throughout college, whenever I had to do research papers or use a specific subject for presentations I’d always pick prostitution as my subject.  Like most other people, my initial opinion about the work was derivative of what I’d seen portrayed on television – news, TV shows, and the like.  Once I began investigating it, I discovered that most of the work wasn’t out in the street like I’d been led to believe.  The more I looked into the world of the escort, the more respect I gained for them as a group.   With the advent of my honors project, whereupon I got the chance to interview several women who worked as escorts, I came to realization that these women were just like me – smart, gutsy, self-confident, and driven.

As I listened to what they had to say about what they do, it became clear to me that they didn’t do it because they had to, but because they wanted to; because they enjoyed the financial rewards of being able to their intellect, their body, and their personality to earn a living, making far more than they could doing anything else.  The work lost all of its stigma to me.

Also, as I’ve mentioned before, one of the girls in a class of mine worked as an escort and tried to recruit me.  At the time I wasn’t ready for it, so I declined.  But we remained good friends and the more I got to know her and see that she was a “normal” person, the more the negative image of prostitution on this level was dispensed with.

So, basically, the more educated I became about the work, the less problematic it became for me to make the jump when the time came.

Q. Do you ever get any twinge of sadness if any (if not all) of your clients don’t give gifts during the holidays or other traditional gift-giving occasions?

Interesting question.  No, I don’t.  In fact, I am usually quite surprised (and terribly appreciative) when a client gives me a gift.  I had the client I saw on Valentine’s Day give me a dozen roses, and I got some nice little gifts for Christmas, actually.  But if something like a birthday passes by without a gift, it doesn’t bother me at all (I don’t even share that kind of information with my clients, actually).

Q.  How do you prefer your clients to be groomed?

I am not overly particular, but I prefer they be trimmed and not forested.  I’ve had clients who’re completely shaved, and that’s fine (it makes sucking your balls a lot more fun for me, and you’ll sure get more enthusiasm out of me by having them that way).  I’ve only had one client who had enough hair there that I had to say something (suggesting it’d be much easier for me next time if he trimmed).  The same is true for his asshole if he wants me to rim him.  I prefer they be shaved hairless.  If it is a forest, I’ll decline, actually.

Q.  What body part of yours has received the most compliments from your clients?

That would be my eyes.  I have the most intense, piercing ice-blue eyes of anyone I’ve seen.  That’s usually one of the first things people will notice about me, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on them (both from clients and non-clients alike).

Looks like that’s it for this session.  Have a great week.  :kissy:

Its great how you take the time to answer questions and you just don’t answer them with one sentence you answer them fully. You also write and talk about some very interesting things. Thats why I love come to your blog!

Happy endings and the Best of Luck

Would you ever consider helping a client shave his parts?
