I have to agree with age 23 being a bit low for courtesan. I am not saying impossible just 28 is a better number. A courtesan needs life experience you just cant get at school. Yes Alexa , every profession has a Tiger Woods :) I am just saying your the exception.

Spot on, Alexa! Adding in what Thais and Lee said, it is the perfect description of a modern day courtesan. THESE are the standards I think should be aspired to in the industry for those interested. I have thought about each of those points for my personal career. I made a post about it too.

Is it possible that you're really 23 when your voice seems to belong to someone twice that age? I suppose it is, and it adds to the allure. Sigh . . .

I like how "not defined by the age, gender, race, ethnicity or body type of the companion" is accompanied by a specific minimum age and graduate education requirement. As if people occasionally can't mature earlier. As if they can't learn from life experiences and self-education. I've met such people.

There is the end result: "an excellent conversationalist, well-traveled, familiar with more than one culture, knowledgeable about current affairs, stylish in her (or his) dress, and comfortable in a variety of social situations."
There are many paths to that end result. So I wonder, where does the need to impose restrictions on those paths comes from?..
