Update: since my last posting, I’ve used a 6 inch jelly toy and became very successful with it. It is very smooth with a rimmed head and slides into my throat easily and can deep throat it back and forth all the way well over a dozen times in a row with control of my gag reflex. Shortly after I acquired a Cally 8 inch in flesh colored, with veins and an indent of a pee hole and gave that a try. I think the most important thing is to focus, and only think this is going to slide. I think of my favorite deep throat video scenes and keep that in mind. I practice deep throat at home with a sausage and am quickly taking control of my gag reflex. Despite the pointer of keeping your mouth aligned with the throat makes sense but I can do a good job on my sausage when I’m kneeling down as if I was in front of someone. ( training for my first tranny ) I know from experience that will power plays a big role in this. I don’t know of anything else you could do except try to adjust your position some in an attempt to accommodate him. The straight tube of the throat won’t bend specifically to allow that cock in there, that’s for sure.
